What is the pokkadots.com returns/exchanges policy?

At pokkadots.com our return policy is simple. If you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all products not marked as non-returnable. If you or your little one are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 14 days of receipt of product for a complete refund* to the same credit card it was purchased on, less the actual shipping and handling costs, or for a store credit or exchange. After 14 days, up to 30, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange. Wall sticker returns must be in 'like new' condition and are eligible for store credit only. We do not accept returns after 30 days from delivery of product. This applies to all returnable items. *While we try to make sure as many products as possible do not incur a restock fee, we do require a 10% restock fee on the return of all bedding sets (crib sets, twin/full/queen sheet & duvet sets). See below for details on non-returnable items.* Shipping charges will apply to exchanges. Please note that returned items purchased with a free shipping offer or promotion will have the actual cost of shipping and handling subtracted from the refund. Please allow up to two billing cycles to see your credit on your statement.

What is the pokkadots.com cancellation policy?

We will do our best to try and cancel an order if we hear back from you immediately. Unfortunately, once an order is submitted it is placed into process immediately. Under normal circumstances, this is a good thing for you, getting your order shipped fast! Custom orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. This includes Nurseryworks, Pacific Rim, Viewpoint Rugs, Custom Canvases, Little Castle, Jennifer Delonge and most furniture items. Usually anything that doesn't ship within a week. Production begins immediately on these items, therefore cannot be cancelled.

Of course! We ship most items world wide. If we can't ship an item to you, we will get you in touch with companies that can. What are the rules and restrictions around giveaways?

Giveaways are randomly held on Facebook and through other social media channels. Participation is set within each giveaway and entries are detailed there. Giveaway products may only be shipped to the U.S. 48 and cannot be expedited. On occasion, giveaway products will be floor sample items showing some wear and tear but in overall good condition. Those products will be marked as such in each individual giveaway. Giveaway products cannot be returned or exchanged.
