These Long Johns are made to a standard set by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission for 100% cotton long underwear, which requires a skin-tight fit. This is not a loose-fitting garment. If your child is husky, or to allow for shrinkage, we suggest you purchase a larger size.
